Marshfield Arts – Ticket Terms & Conditions

 

By purchasing a ticket to a Marshfield Arts event, you agree to the following terms:

1. No Refunds Policy. We are unable to offer refunds for tickets once purchased. As a small, community-focused organisation, we are committed to fairly compensating our professional musicians for their time, talent, and preparation—regardless of audience size.Thank you for helping us ensure artists are supported and valued.

2. Ticket Exchanges. If you're no longer able to attend, we’re happy to offer you a voucher for the full ticket amount. This voucher can be used towards any future Marshfield Arts concert. To request a voucher, please email us at marshfieldarts@gmail.com at least 24 hours before the event.

3. Event Changes. If we need to reschedule or cancel an event, we’ll notify you as soon as possible. In such cases, we will offer you either a replacement ticket for the new date or a voucher for a future event.
